IXPE Foam (Irradiated Cross-Linked Polyethylene)

Precision-engineered for high-end industrial applications. Produced via electron-beam irradiation, our IXPE foam features an ultra-smooth surface, a micro-fine cell structure, and zero chemical residue.

  • Ultra-Smooth Surface: Micro-cellular structure provides a flawless, aesthetically pleasing surface. Ideal for surface protection, lamination, and adhesive coating.
  • Irradiated Cross-Linking (E-Beam): Physically cross-linked without chemical cross-linking agents, resulting in a purer, odorless foam with superior thermoforming capabilities.
  • Exceptional Barrier Properties: 100% closed-cell structure offers outstanding resistance to water, moisture, and chemicals, alongside excellent thermal insulation.

Premium Silicone Foam (UL94 V-0 with yellow card)

  • Density Range: 8.7 to 34.3 pcf (140 - 550 kg/m³)
  • Temperature Resistance: Passes extreme low-temp embrittlement at -67°F (-55°C)
  • Compression Set: Ultra-low deformation (≤ 5.0%) for lasting seals
  • Certifications: UL94 V-0 flame retardant, RoHS & REACH compliant
  • Working Temperature: -67°F to 428°F (-55°C to 220°C)
  • Compression Set: ≤ 5.0% @ 212°F (100°C) (Maintains thickness & sealing under long-term pressure)

High-Performance Silicone Sponge
Formulated to be as lightweight as possible while strictly meeting the firmness and mechanical thresholds.

Key Performance Specs 

  • Extreme Temperature Resistance: -103°F to 450°F (-75°C to +232°C) continuous service. 
  • Water Absorption: ≤ 5.0% maximum by weight. (Premium closed-cell structure for ultimate weather and water sealing).
  • Compression Set: ≤ 60% maximum (after 22 hours @ 212°F / 100°C).

Engineered for superior weatherability, UV/ozone resistance, and extreme durability. Our EPDM portfolio includes open, semi-closed, and fully closed-cell structures tailored for automotive NVH, HVAC thermal insulation, and critical environmental sealing.

Core EPDM Series

  • Premium Closed-Cell EPDM (Thermal & Fire Rated)
    Engineered for extreme HVAC insulation, industrial applications, and sensitive electronics.
    • Curing Process: Available in Peroxide Cured options for sulfur-free, outgassing-resistant applications (ideal for EV batteries and electronics).
    • Density Range: 3.0 to 5.0 pcf (0.048 - 0.080 g/cm³)
    • Thermal Insulation: Excellent K-Value of 0.25 BTU·in/ft²·hr·°F (at 75°F)
    • Temperature Resistance: Operates continuously from -70°F to 257°F (-57°C to 125°C)
    • Fire & Smoke Safety: UL 94 V-0
    • Acoustic Performance: good.


  • Semi-Closed Cell EPDM (Automotive & Sealing Grade)
    Highly conformable foams that achieve a watertight seal when compressed.
